Consequences of failure to communicate personal data

With regard to the personal data for which consent is requested or relating to the fulfillment of a regulatory obligation (for example the obligations related to the keeping of accounting and tax records), the failure to communicate personal data prevents the relationship from being perfected or in any case the possibility of providing a service of the owner.

Data retention

Your personal data, processed for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and, subsequently, until the withdrawal of any consent provided.
